Brief: To coordinate, supply and manage various aspects of the Nominations launch and VIP Experience/Pre Show party at the main awards in Glasgow.
Tasks:
– Venue sourcing and liaison
– Supplier sourcing, coordination and management, including lighting, staging, wine, interiors, sweet hampers and photo booths
– Managing dressing rooms and artist riders
– Coordinating and managing events team pre event and on the day
– Working with Talent Booker for mainstream acts such as Jason Derulo, Jessie J, Tinie Tempah, Naughty Boy and Emelie Sande amongst others
