Brief: To consult on, coordinate, produce and manage a 50 piece chamber orchestra themed concert from concept to completion

Tasks:

– Consult on themeing and décor

· Orchestra management and administration including contracts and rehearsal coordination

· Website and social media updates

· Venue liaison including contracts and insurance

· Pre event guest-list management and mailings

· Supplier engagement, liaison and briefing, including catering, themeing, production and post show entertainment

· Full Jade Green Events management team, including cloakroom, hosting, guest-list management, stage management and general events staff
